Job DescriptionGlobal freight forwarder located in Palm Beach County is currently seeking to hire an Ocean Import Clerk. Beautiful office located in Lake Worth with panoramic view of the city. Casual work environment with friendly staff. Full medical benefits offered including, vision and dental.

Position details:
Will be assisting with Ocean Exports, daily operations and telephone contact with customers. Required to maintain communication with vendors to release cargo through customs and assure that requirements are met to clear customs in various countries. Understand compliance with USA customs regulations. Prepares, issues and submits necessary documents to ensure satisfactory importation/exportation of cargo (may include but not limited to: arrival notices, delivery instructions, pre-advices and releases.) Must be computer savvy, customer service oriented, articulate and multi-tasked. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5p.m. OR 9a.m. - 6p.m.
up to $16hr. (depending on experience)
